You want to create a change master. As an aid to entry, you refer to a
change master which already exists. This reference has an authorization
group which is not included in your user profile.

Consult your system manager responsible for allocating authorizations:
the entries in your user profile may need to be change.
If your user profile is not to be changed, inform your system manager
for engineering change management.
