¿Qué causa este problema?

The field values which you are allowed to maintain are stored in your
user profile.
The authorization group you want to enter does not fall within your
value range.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Consult your system manager responsible for allocating authorizations:
the value range in your profile may need to be changed.
If your profile is not to be changed, inform your system manager for
engineering change management.
