¿Qué causa este problema?

In this change master record, you want to create object management
records for equipment BOMs, or you have chosen menu option <LS>Goto</>,
function <LS>Object overview -> Equipment BOMs</>.
This is only possible if the following indicators are set for the
object type:
<LS>Object type active for change number</>
<LS>Management record required for each object</>
At least one of these indicators is not set, so you cannot use this
function for equipment BOMs.

Set the indicator for the object type equipment BOMs.
If you cannot change this change master record, choose a change number
which allows you to make changes to equipment BOMs.
