The RFC destination is no longer needed in the substance volume tracking
since EHS data is only filled using the filling report.
The <ZK>Track History </>and <ZK>Package Processing</> parameters are
specified in Customizing in the IMG activity
<DS:SIMG.CBRC_TRACK_SCENARIOS>Specify Scenarios</>.
