You either selected a start date that was after the end date during the
initial run, or environment parameter SVT_TRACKING_DIFF_TIME (for the
time interval for substance volume tracking) was changed. Consequently,
the end of the new selection period lies before the end of the last run.

No substance volumes are tracked.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Either change the selection criteria, or do not execute the substance
volume tracking again until enough time has passed since the last run
and there are more substance volumes to track.
