The notification checks failed for one of the following reasons:
The substances assigned to the material have not been notified for the
valid regulatory lists.
The characteristic <ZK>regulatory list</> has not been edited in the
<ZK>notification status</> value assignment type for the assigned
substances.
No substance has been assigned to the material; however, the material is
marked as relevant to the environment in the material master.
