status of the print request is not updated.

Check the messages in the log display of the <DS:TRAN.CBGLWB>labeling
workbench</> or in the <DS:TRAN.SLG1>application log</>.
You can still view the status of the print requests in the <LS>labeling
workbench</>. This status is not updated automatically, however.
