Check the messages in the application log that describe the cause of the
problem in more detail.
Start the process in debug mode for a detailed analysis. This saves all
files created by the WWI server in the temporary directory of the
front-end computer. Files ending with ".err" contain messages from the
WWI server that describe the cause of the error.
To start the process in debug mode, enter the command <ZH>wwidebug</> in
the command field, confirm the information message, and repeat the print
or preview.
