¿Qué causa este problema?

The user status specified in the process message is set in language
<ZH>&V1&</> in the process order.
The maintenance language for the status is not specified in the process
message. For this reason, it was determined as follows:
If the process message was sent online, it corresponds to the logon
language used when the message was sent.
If the process message was sent in the background, it corresponds to
the logon language used when defining the background job.
