No control recipes have been created as not all characteristics of the
corresponding process instruction have values assigned to them. This
can be due to one of the following reasons:
You have not assigned all of the characteristic values that are to be
assigned manually.
A characteristic value which is to be assigned automatically could not
be determined because not all the information required for this was
available.
