scheduling. Each remuneration must be scheduled according to one of
these scheduling types.
The choice of scheduling type is determined as follows: settlement sched
uling takes priority over scheduling based on rules for the legal right
to future commission in remuneration scheduling. Scheduling based on
rules for the legal right is only used when settlement scheduling is not
defined in the contract of the commission recipient. Since rules for the
legal right to future commission are specified in the remuneration type,
contractual agreements take priority over global agreements.
