¿Qué causa este problema?

To update a new worklist in the database, a number must be assigned from
the number range of number range object CACSOAWLID. An error occurred
while attempting to assign a number from the number range. Since the
worklist number is part of the key, no update can be made.

Check the following:
Has internal number assignment been set for the number range interval
for number range object CACSOAWLID?
Does the interval have any free numbers?
If you are not sure, contact your system administration for an analysis
and solution of the problem.
