¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to bring forward a contract. The PD-ORG that is on the
contract does not, however, cover the entered period of time. This must
at least cover the required contract time period for subsequent
processes.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

As a minimum, choose the object start date for the PD-ORG object as the
contract start date. Alternatively, try to bring forward the PD-ORG
object.
