The participant relationship &V1& (&V2&) refers to a participant &V3& (
&V2&) that triggers an entitlement, and that is not recognized in the

The commission case cannot be processed and is therefore rejected.

Enter the item number for the participant that triggers the entitlement
(not its contract). This must lie in the same participation number as
