¿Qué causa este problema?

All versions of a business object must be reported in the commission
system, sorted in ascending order. In this case, an older version of
the same business object was found in the commission system that has
not been fully processed.

The commission case is set to pending.

First of all, finish all tasks related to the old business object
versions, then close this commission case.
