¿Qué causa este problema?

The technical access date for your master data environment (business
partner and contracts) and Customizing is in the future. Since the
future database changes of your system are not yet known, processing
the business transaction would endanger the data consistency in the
system.

The business transaction is set to pending.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Change the defaulted calculation time-spot. It must not be after &V2&
(database time).
