During the rule-based creation of a <DS:TX.CACS_OAWL>worklist</> for
<DS:TX.CACS_ELT>entitlement and liability transfer</>, the system was
instructed to determine the <DS:TX.CACS_ELTRU>ELT rule</> to be used. To
do so, you must have transferred a valid commission contract since the
contract attributes determine the rule that is used. But no valid
commission contract was transferred.
