According to the design, you are trying to add a field to a table or
structure that is already included in the template. However there seems
to be an error in the design data of the application.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check that the field in question actually is included in the template
object (Data Dictionary, SE11).
Then delete the field from the list of additional fields
(TCACS_DESFIELDS, SE16).
