¿Qué causa este problema?

You have selected more than one value for a characteristic in a matrix.
This is not allowed because the characteristic is a single-value
characteristic.

Respuesta del sistema

The system checks whether the <LS>Single-value</> or <LS>Multiple
values</> indicator is set in characteristics maintenance for this
characteristic. You can only assign one value to a single-value
characteristic.

Please select only one value.
