You want to assign the new WBS element &V1& in order &V2&.

Because the WBS element changes, all components from this order that
are assigned to a WBS element are also assigned to the new WBS element
&V1&. If this is not possible, the WBS element cannot be changed for
the order header.
For order networks, the cross-project change to the WBS element is
possible only in the header of the leading order. Here, all dependent
orders and all components in the network are adjusted.
