¿Qué causa este problema?

You have tried to copy a settlement rule from a reference order. This,
however, is not possible because the original order and the order that
is to be created have different assignments.
The only combinations that are permitted are an assignment to the same
sales order or WBS element or settlement to the same material.
In general, only settlement rules that could also be created
automatically or manually without a reference can be copied.
