¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to change the valid-from date of the change master record.
This is not possible, because characteristic &v1& means that &V2& is no
longer consistent.
This is because object dependencies for characteristic &v1& have
already been changed with a change number on the new valid-from date
(&V1&).

The system produces a message log with a list of the change objects
that prevent a date shift.

Please move the valid-from date of the change number to a different
date.
