You want to maintain object dependencies for a characteristic using
change number &V1&. However, this change number is not active for
object dependencies.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you are authorized to change the change master record of this change
number, set the indicator for the object type <ZH>Object
dependencies</>.
If you cannot change the change master record, choose a change number
which allows changes to both object dependencies and characteristics.
