The characteristic does not yet exist in the SAP system or no valid
version of it could be found, because it has been maintained with
engineering change management.
Engineering change management can use validity periods or effectivity
types.

Check the characteristic name.
On the initial screen of characteristics maintenance, find out which
change numbers have been used to process the characteristic by choosing
<LS>Environment -> Change overview</>.
