¿Qué causa este problema?

You have no authorizations to approve new resources in the BW/4HANA REST
API framework.

Respuesta del sistema

The resource is created, however it is not yet pusblished. All not yet
published resources are available via /sap/bw4/tmp/. As long as the
resource is not approved, you can only use it via &V1&.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The responsible persons have been notified and will review the new
resource. Once the resource is approved, you'll receive an e-mail
notification.
