Internal error: The TUSTAT table stores the status of all transfers of
measurement data. Only one transfer is allowed to have the status
"Locked" (= 'L') at any given time. There are currently &V1& table
entries with this status.
Transfer of measurement data will most likely terminate. To determine
what happened, see transaction SDCC.
Notify SAP of this error as it most likely caused by a programming
error.
