¿Qué causa este problema?

An internal error occurred when the background processing system
attempted to save the start specifications of the job named in the
message.
This error message may be issued as a follow-on message when an error
has occurred in generating an event count (messages BT 099 and 116).
This error message may also indicate that a host system problem has
occurred and that memory used by SAP processes has been altered or
lost.

system log</> for relevant messages. You should also check for host
