No non-cumulative data will be read for the specified constant selection
context. The dynamic filter includes validity characteristics. The time
filter resulting from these validity characteristic values lies outside
the times resulting from the intersection of fixed time filters and
validities from fixed filters.
This message is merely intended as a troubleshooting aid.

The fixed filter contains year 2013 and validity characteristic C = c1,
c2
Validity slices:
c1: year 2012
c2: year 2013
The resulting fixed filter is year 2013
If the dynamic filter contains C = c1, the resulting dynamic validity is
year 2012. So the intersection of fixed filter and dynamic validity is
empty.
