The InfoObject 'Authorization for Hierarchy' (0TCTAUTHH) is not
available in an active version or the indicator 'Authorization Relevant'
has been switched off.

You can not create authorizations for hierarchies as long as the
InfoObject 0TCTAUTHH is not activated and not flagged as authorization
relevant.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Please transfer the InfoObject 0TCTAUTHH from the technical content in
the InfoObject catalog 'BW Statistics: Characteristics' (0BWTCT_CHA01)
and activate it (indicator 'Authorization Relevant' set).
Afterwards you can use this characteristic when defining an
authorization object.
Please enter one of the clear indicators as a characteristic value for
characteristic 0TCTAUTHH, that you maintained previously in the
transaction 'Maintain Authorization Objects Reporting' (RSSM) (menu
'Authorization Object Reporting' -> Authorization Hierarchy).
