¿Qué causa este problema?

A key figure or a structure element has to be normalized to the query
result, which is the result of the query without a dynamic filter. This
is only possible if you are authorized for the execution of a query
without dynamic filter, because otherwise there could be conclusions
drawn on the result for which there is no authorization.
The same goes for the operators %RT and SUM_RT.

Use normalizing on overall result or the operator %GT or
SUM_GT.
