You can only activate the function <LS>obligatory</> if you have not
already entered budget data with this budget type and an initial value
(BLANK/SPACE) for the budget subtype.

If you activate this function, although budget was entered with this
budget type and initial value (BLANK/SPACE) for the budget subtype, the
system issues an error message when you save the budget data. Then when
the consistency of the budget is checked, the system takes into account
the budget data that was entered with an initial value (BLANK/SPACE) for
the budget subtype.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If budget data with initial value for the budget subtype was entered,
you are not allowed to activate the function <LS>obligatory</>.
