availability control for certain objects after one of the following
actions:
You have changed the settings for the availability control in budget
profile &V1&.
You have entered a different budget profile for the objects.
You have transferred budget or releases by copying objects (transactions
<LS>Transfer Plan to Project Budget</> (IMCCP3), <LS> Mass Release of
Budget for Projects</> (IMCBR3), <LS> Transfer Plan to Order Budget</>
(IMCCP4)).
