Delete all master data and transaction data for the euro FM area.
Delete the euro FM area from the enterprise structure in the SAP
reference IMG under <LS>Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Financial
Accounting -> Maintain Financial Management Area</>.
Execute step <ZH>Delete Management Record Euro FM Area</> again.
