You have changed the budgeting currency from the "object currency" or
"user-selected currency" to "CO area currency" or the budget profile in
budget profile &V1&.
Earlier plan/budget values were already entered in a transaction
currency differing from the CO area currency.

Set the budgeting currency in budget profile &V1& to the setting used
originally.
