¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to assign an additional budget subtype to your FM area, but
you have already assigned the maximum number of subtypes permitted:
If you have activated the additional functions for <LS>German
Government</> customers and you are <ZH>not</> using a
<DS:DE.FM_NO_HIERARCHY>Budgeting Hierarchy</>, you can assign a maximum
of 30 budget subtypes to the <LS>Transfer</> budget type.
If you have activated the additional functions for <LS>German
Government</> customers and you <ZH>are</> working with a
<DS:DE.FM_NO_HIERARCHY>Budgeting Hierarchy</>, you can assign a maximum
of 28 budget subtypes to budget types <LS>Original Budget</> and
<LS>Supplement</>.
