In the model and target<GL:Version>version</> there are different
exchange rate types/value dates maintained. Copying the detail planning
for the cost element planning is therefore not possible.

Contact the system administration or another person authorized for
configuring system settings.
Procedure for the system administrator:
Match the exchange rate types and value dates in the versions in
question for the fiscal year settings.
