¿Qué causa este problema?

The combination of cost center &V1& and activity type &V2& has not yet
been planned. A control record for these entries is thus generated.
This record, however, is being worked on by user &V3&.

Respuesta del sistema

As long as user &V3& has not completed work on the control record, it
cannot be posted to since this would lead to inconsistent control data
updates in cost accounting.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Enter another cost center/activity type combination.
Or, contact user &V3&, or wait until user &V3& completes work on the
data records for cost center &V1&, activity type &V2&.
