¿Qué causa este problema?

In the transaction "Create Non-Allocatable Activities" you entered
activity type &V1&. Non-allocatable activity types belong to category
4. Activity type &V1& for cost center &V2& is category &V3& and is
therefore not a non-allocatable activity type. It cannot be used in
this transaction.
