¿Qué causa este problema?

A check job has been scheduled by the report to send the IDocs
belonging to a serialization group. The check job contains the report
RBDSER03 as a job step. An error has occurred scheduling this check
job.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Please check that you can schedule the report RBDSER03 manually without
any errors occuring. If errors do occur, first try to clear them.
Errors could be caused by missing authorizations for scheduling and
releasing batch jobs or by internal system errors (lock problems, etc.)
in the job administration.
