recipient with partner type &v1&, partner number &v2& and partner role
&v3& .
The partner profile specifies the technical path on which the recipient
can be reached, and whether dispatch is immediate or via a background
job.

In ALE or EDI Customizing, maintain an output partner profile for the
above recipient and message type.
