The object is not a capital investment measure, since it is managed
statistically. However, assets under construction were already
created for the object with investment profile &V2&.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can either remove the statistical indicator
or
delete the asset under construction, by initiating processing of
the asset under construction under Extras -> Asset u. cons.
