¿Qué causa este problema?

If you want to use the report-report interface to call a report from a
query list, you must place the cursor on information (a field) in the
list. This information, and possibly other information from the line
containing the cursor, is used to retrieve the desired report with
data.
Note that the cursor must always be on lines where data is output. This
means that it should not appear on the following lines:
