¿Qué causa este problema?

You tried to renname a user group or a functional area in the global
query area. All query objects in this query area belong to a packet.
The system has recognized the new name that you have chosen for the
user group or functional area from a previous use. When it was last
used, the object belonged to a temporary packet.
During the renaming processs, the system attempts to move the renamed
object from a non-temporary to a temporary packet. This is only
possible if all the dependent queries also belong to a temporary
packet. This is not the case here.
