¿Qué causa este problema?

You have tried to change an order or part of an order. This is not
possible because the order (or part of the order) has a status that
does not permit further changes.
"Parts of an order" refers to operations or activities in a production
order for example, as these have a status at order header level and at
operation/activity level.
