¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to reassign a subtree of selected program positions to a new
parent position. However, assignments to organizational units in the
enterprise organization already exist for selected program position
&v1&.
If you generate the program structure again from the enterprise
organization at a later point in time, this does not guarantee that
program position &v1& and all of its subordinate program positions will
keep the positions in the program structure that they have now.
