You reassigned measures (or appropriation requests) on investment
program &V1&/&V2& from position &V3& to position &V4&.
In doing so, you reassigned measures (or appropriation requests) that
were already carried forward as the result of one or more fiscal year
changes to investment programs of later approval years (greater than
&V2&).

Respuesta del sistema

You receive a warning, since the assignments made during the fiscal
year change(s) are now no longer valid.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Repeat the fiscal year change (or changes) in order to update the
assignments carried forward as well as the budget and plan values, if
applicable (transaction IM27_REPEAT).
