The selected set of appropriation requests contains appropriation
requests that have different appropriation request types.
Planning of appropriation requests in the overview is only possible if
their cost cost planning profiles contain identical settings for
scaling and the number of decimal places for currency amounts.
In the current case, the settings for the following planning profiles
are not identical:
Appropriation request type &V3& ---> Planning profile &V1&
Appropriation request type &V4& ---> Planning profile &V2&
