Due to the entry of investment costs in row &V1&, the resulting
cumulative investment costs exceed the allowed maximum number of
pre-decimal places (&V2&).
The maximum allowed number of pre-decimal places in the planning table
is based on the number of decimal places for the currency and the
scaling factor entered in the planning profile.
