the overall plan value.
The total of the annual values for the investment costs is larger than
the overall plan value.
The overall plan value for the investment costs is larger than the
overall plan value for the combined costs.
One or more of the annual plan values for the investment costs is
larger than its corresponding annual value for the combined costs.
