You want to use partner function &V1& as applicant, responsible person,
or approver.
These partner functions can be used in an approval workflow. Therefore,
you can only use partner functions for this purpose that can be used in
workflow. You can only use partner functions that are defined as mail
recipients, and that belong to one of these partner types:
'US' - User
'O ' - Organizational unit
'A ' - Work center
'S ' - Position
